Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Every print is made to order at a fine-art lab, then hand-signed and numbered. Please allow 5–10 business days for production and signing, plus 3–7 business days in transit — most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks. Shipping within the United States is free.

Returns

I want the work to feel right on your wall. If it doesn't, you may return any print within 30 days of deliveryfor a full refund of the purchase price — whether the piece arrived damaged, wasn't what you expected, or simply didn't suit the room.

• Email jason@jasoncascoart.com with your order number to start a return. You'll hear back from me personally, usually within one business day.
• Prints must be returned in their original protective packaging. Return shipping is the collector's responsibility unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case I cover everything and replace it at no cost.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the print arriving back.

Exchanges

Happy to exchange a piece for a different size, material, or image of equal value within the same 30-day window — just reply to your order confirmation and we'll sort out the right fit for your space together.

A note on editions

Returned edition numbers go back into circulation, so a returned print never inflates an edition's count. Your certificate of authenticity stays matched to your print for as long as you own it.
