Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website and any purchase from Jason Casco Photography (“the studio”). By placing an order, you agree to them.

The work

Every piece is a limited-edition fine-art print, produced to order at a professional lab, then hand-signed and numbered, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. Each image, size, and material combination is its own edition; once an edition sells out, it is closed. Because screens vary, slight differences between what you see on your display and the finished print are normal.

Pricing & payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Editions are priced in rising tiers, so the price can increase as an edition sells — the price shown at the moment you check out is the price that applies to your order. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. I reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel any order (with a full refund) where necessary.

Copyright & use of the images

All photographs on this site are the original work of Jason Casco and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a print grants you ownership of that physical print for personal display only — it does not transfer the copyright or any reproduction rights. The images may not be copied, scanned, reproduced, resold as reproductions, or used commercially without my written permission. Licensing for editorial or commercial use is available on request.

Warranty & liability

I stand behind the craftsmanship of every print. If a piece arrives damaged or defective, I will replace it at no cost. To the extent permitted by law, the studio's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
